Bought puppy online on 9/5/2023 and used Zelle to send the money. We told them we are going on vacation, deliver the puppy on Sat.9/23/2023. On Sat morning I received an email from "Atlantic Express Pet Service" wanting $2300 for a special air freight container which would be refunded when we accept the puppy.

That's when I figured out that this was a Puppy Scammer. I did not pay anything more than the $999, The Transportation Service phone number (720 457-0399).
