I ordered the bakeware set and only received the order confirmation email. I waited 4 weeks for the order or for some correspondence regarding the order. I never got anything much less the bakeware set. When I contacted them they told me to go to customerstatus.com for update. It simply said order received. I then spoke to a supervisor by phone who told me the item is on back order with no known delivery date. After expressing my disappointment she simply said I’ll have to wait. When I went back to the customerstatus.com site it said the order had been cancelled! I never received any correspondence. My major complaint is that they never contacted me with any updates, status, cancellation or explanation of the item delay. I wonder if they even sell and ship the item! Very unprofessional.
