I was looking on Facebook marketplace when I saw their ads selling an electric bike for cheap. It was Granmba website. The tracking system, “17track.com”, stated it was delivered-but never received my item. It’s been over a month, and I’ve been going back and forth with someone named “Joey”. They refuse to reimburse me fully and or give me the item I purchased. Email from this Joey is in previous questions. He is only offering me a 20% refund.
