Back on June 25, 2021 I saw a ad on Facebook selling a embroidery machine. I clicked on it and it took me to a site named Grann. I placed an order. I did receive an email telling me thank you for your order, we will notify you when its ready to ship. At the bottom of the invoice is a email address if you have any questions. I have sent them 5 messages over the past three months and have gotten no response. At this point I went to the Grann.Shop and its not there anymore. Also at the bottom is via shopbase. So I tried going to that, it's a create your online store. So i figured this is all just a scam. In the meantime I'm out $45.97.
