I initially received a message from a friend on facebook, telling me he won 100,000.00, with picture of the money and the person.

They asked me questions and how I wanted to receive the money in cash or check. I had to pay fed ex shipping 1000.00 to 1200.00 by western union to a person in bogota columbia

The person I was messaging on FB was Cindy W Lawrence from Grant Agency
