A guy named Gilbert called my grandmother informing her that she has a free grant of $7000 waiting for her from the ARRA 2009. They wanted some of her personal information ect in order to release funds. I called and "Gilbert" didn't seem to want to answer any of my questions and kept returning back to saying "we will release your money please tell me this" and would proceed to ask for personal info like home address, Social ect. Please be carful as the government wont ever call you most contact is done by mail.
