I expressed an interest in more education on line. I was doing some surveys, stupidly. I did get some valid schools calling. But,then I got this call that came out saying Washington DC. I answered, barely understood the guy on the other side. But, of course heard the 7000$ grant part real good. And a part about how I would like to receive my grant. Giving me three choices, one of which I never could understand. The other 2 where wester union or direct deposit. I said wrstern union of course. He then gives a # and also gives me a 800#. Makes me repeat back and to promise to call right now. Subsequently they hang up after said act was done.
