I bought jeans that were advertised as name brand (which is a US company), the add was on instagram and appeared valid. First I was charged much more than the receipt that was emailed to me. I tried canceling the purchase when I got a shipping tracking email telling me my purchase was shipped from the Netherlands. I contacted the support email on my receipt and they keep emailing me to contact the seller, which they are. The product arrived today, and is not what they advertised, and it was sent with zero paperwork from a man named Ron Clark at 1495 W 9th Street, Upland CA 91786. I have demanded a refund and return instructions, with no respond other than contact the seller. This company needs to be blocked, it's fraud and all over social media scamming people.

I just got my jeans yesterday. They were ordered 11/26/23 Reasons why I'm returning:

*Knockoff jeans. Not what advertised. Advertised as Judy Blue brand..

*Fabric stinks.

**Not true to size so they don't fit.

*Took a month to arrive.

*Pockets sewn shut.

*Supposed to have tummy

control panel and stretchy

fabric

There is no packing slip or rreceipt sent with the jeans. If that's what you require for returns you should send it with the product.

Advertised Judy Blue brand name jeans and sent terrible quality unwearable item. Would not refund.
