Do not get scammed

I recently began very interred in one of there “puppies” I paid $700 for a shipment fee and would be getting him next Friday. I started to get worried and looked more into the company and realized that they have scammed multiple people. Do not believe a word they say.

Grassland Puppies is a SCAM!!!! Ultra Safe Movers is a SCAM!!

My daughter found them online and started text them for a Catahoula Leopard puppy. The site looks very professional and I told her to do her research because this was her purchase. She received a responds very quickly to her text messages, they seemed very helpful about the dog. Said the would have her delivered to us on Tuesday (we did everything on Sunday). We have had other animals done through this system so didn't think twice about it. We paid through Zelle (I should have known better) and they said they would have a confirmation on flights shortly to us. On Tuesday they said they were taking the puppy to the Vet and will give us confirmation. The went silent till that night where they informed us it would be delivered another day and the company who is delivering the puppy would be contacting us. We got a confirmation email from Ultra Safe Movers and a tracking number. They called us the next morning and told us we need to pay a crate rental fee of:
CRATE #1: (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED)
Purchase charge: $1950
Renting charge: $1,500 90% refundable

CRATE #2:(RECOMMENDED)
Purchase charge: $1,450
Renting charge: $1050 90% refundable

But said they only take payment of Zelle. At this point red flags in my head went off and I told my daughter to give me the number and email and websites she was given and used. I contacted the seller right away and they claimed to be at work and could only text. They also claimed they had already told me this today. Which was strange because I never texted or called. I tried to call the number but it only would beep, then went silent which is strange too. The seller told me that they didn't understand why I wouldn't pay the fee above and "Why wouldn't I want my puppy to be safe?" When I explained the company wouldn't take credit card and it was strange for a company to ask for Zelle they agreed and the moving company called me right after the text was sent. They had a thick Indian accent and told me they would now accept Credit Card and to sign the form they sent to my email and send back along with a copy of my DL front and back. I Said I was fine with that but needed a corporate number or main office number to confirm the company was legit. He told me he was my agent and I was going to delay the delivery, then started talking over me. I asked he if I could please talk and he hung up the phone on me. I then contacted the seller and didn't receive a responds.
I looked up the website the puppy "Lexi" is still on there for sale along with her other sibling that on Sunday said they were sold. Then I went and looked up the website owner and when it was started. Grassland puppies site states they have been in business since 2006 yet the website was just purchased and started November of 2021. Ultra Safe Movers was started in December of 2020. Remember Grassland has been using this company for YEARS. I found another Complaint that had a very similar story on here with a similar name (Grassland Bernedoodles). They mention the movers too but not the company name. My guess is they change the name as soon as people report them. DO NOT GET SCAMMED by these guys!
