I was contracted by phone to sell my Mexico time share. I told them i wouldn’t do anything if it cost money. They gave me a very high amount my time share because the buyer needed a tax write off. We proceeded and they eventually talked about a permit to get the money $5700. I told them I wouldn’t pay. After numerous communication I backed out

and now they Lawyer contact me for a cancellation penalty.

I can’t say they are scam but I would recommend you avoid them.
