I purchased a product on May 20th, the order was confirmed and remained in a pending fullfillment status. It remained in this status past the 5-10 business day promise of processing orders. I gave it another week and contacted the business through their website contact page. I received no response after about a week. I again asked for status of my order and still had not received any reply. I then processed a stop payment on my order to refund my money and contacted the seller to let them know I refunded myself and they should cancel the order. I have as of yet not received any response and the order is still in pending fullfillment. The website appears to process orders and confirm orders as well as charge accounts, but does not process anything past that point and does not respond to customer inquires.
