Merchant sold product with return policy, initially agreed to honor return, then disappeared. After several attempts to reestablish contact, merchant lied about having agreed to honor the return and disappeared again.

Purchased a Gravity Blanket off of their website. Received a confirmation number and email from [email protected]. I still have not gotten order and read a lot of negative comments on FB so I looked online for a phone number, none. I emailed the same emailed that i received the confirmation from. Their website has a virtual assistant that says they will respond within a few hours, after several attempts over several weeks, no response. My Credit card was charged the full amount. I truly believe this is a scam and there is no intentention to deliver their product or refunding. There are complaints on Gravity Blankets Facebook page as well.
