about the appointment to confirm but
they also declined to give me the
advertised discount for scheduling online.
I contacted them several times and
asked to speak to the manager but was
told they would call me back. I never
received a response. I called again and
they acknowledged that the ad was for
online scheduling but only for certain
services that were not indicated in the ad.
I have screenshots of the ad and
nowhere does it say that it only applies to
certain services. I feel that this is false
advertising because they refused to
provide the inspection information if I did
not pay the different amount. Additionally they confirmed that they changed the website information after I called them to complain and that the website had not been updated
