Wow! Where do I start. This has to be the worst jewelry company I've ever bought from online. The package arrived damaged. Upon opening the box was all counterfeit products. I called the number listed on the website and Graziela answered the call. When I started asking questions, she lashed out and claimed it wasn't her fault the package was damaged. As the conversation continues she will not address the issue of the products being counterfeit. She flat out blows off the question about returning the products and issuing a refund. She slammed the phone down in my ear and won't respond to any of my calls.
