The websites they have created as follows:

https://expertus7.wixsite.com/website-18

http://pelicanmovers.com/
These are just the company titles that can be proven to be connected. It is possible that this person or person's is/has created many other "Companies" in order to cheat people out of their money and belongings.
If you review their company Facebook pages they are riddled with fake reviews from Facebook accounts that were clearly made up on the fly. The only verified reviews are the ones from real dissatisfied customers who have never received their belongings, had them held ransom for additional money or the belongings were damaged by said moving companies.
They use multiple numbers and addresses, if you search these addresses, some are returned as home addresses, not an actual business location or warehouse like they claim on their numerous websites.
They are the following:
29 16th St, Jersey City, NJ 07310
1460 Morris Ave, Union, NJ 07083, USA
26565 Agoura Rd Calabasas, CA 91302-1984
2452 Park Ln, Gretna, LA 70056
They have scammed people out of moving fees ranging from $300 to nearly $3000 dollars on case by case basis.
They have damaged property to no repair
They have "lost" the entirety of their customers belongings.
They have held customers items ransom
They have opened property and items have gone missing from customers.
Some customers have never seen their belongings again as they are difficult to reach after initial contact or payment
Here are some of their reviews:
"The worst moving company - held my cousins whole house of belongings for 2 months and charged a fortune to a senior citizen!!! She had to hire a lawyer to make the delivery finally happen !!! Delivered in a UHAUL!!! and had to hire a lawyer !!! Do not use!"
"Sorry, (Not) But I have to call BS is this...this company is anything but striving for ‘quality, trust, and customer satisfaction’. They are scam artists who double existing binding estimates on moves and threaten people if they don’t pay up! Their ’staff’ is comprised of Elbin Nicolas Guity (who prefers to be called Elbie Nicolas because the Guity last name shows his police record) and his ”son” Bill Thomas, who refers to his father as “the Boss”. They are unethical, dishonest, and I now know of at least two moves they have done where they doubled or more the binding estimate the contracting company had put in place! That’s against Federal Regulations! If you are contemplating a move, RUN, do not walk, R.U.N. away from this bogus company! Scam artists! oh, and their ‘maintained’ equipment consists of rental Budget or Penske trucks. They have no equipment of their own! So liars as well as thieves!"
"I hired them to move a 100yr old China Cabinet from New Orleans to Indiana. They DESTROYED it! It will be more than $1300.00 to repair according to the estimate given. They will NOT return calls or contact me. They said it was insured and gave us bogus Insurance information then stopped talking to us immediately after. This company is I believe operating illegally and gives fake information. We need help recovering our money to pay for repairs of this family heirloom."
"Imagine moving to a new city at the start of March 2020 (Global Pandemic) to be without any furniture or belongings for 5 months and growing. I know they will give you a lower estimate and the sales team sound like decent human beings but do not fall for this fraudulent company!!! From the owner, David, to movers they will suck the life out of you. I have been dealing with this company for the last year and half and every Scam checklist has been checked. From loading my furniture before giving me actual estimate and inflating 3x to extorting me for cash of $500 as tip to highjacking my furniture and belongings. It has been 5 month now that I have been waiting for my delivery and even the insurance company that I paid extra (second level) can't do anything because Movers keep telling insurance that they will deliver and insurance won't pay up because Movers claim that they have my furniture and will deliver on a imaginary date. UNBELIEVABLE!!!! BTW, they keep changing their company name to avoid bad ratings and BBB. Great American Van Lines, Mirit Great American ..."
