I purchased a shirt from this company after seeing it advertised on FB. After 30 days, it never came so I contacted the company via email. They proceeded to tell me it would be here 20 days after my order, but that time had already lapsed so I asked for a tracking number, they claimed they have to wait for an "announcement" from their shipping company. I demanded my money back and they asked me for a little more time. I waited 2 more days, asked for a tracking number again- they wouldn't give it to me. I asked for an expected time of delivery- they couldn't tell me. I searched high and low for a phone number for this company, it is not available. It has been 2 months now, no shirt. Just a customer service rep with poor English and a picture of a Caucasian woman named "Alice Walker (OMEGA TEAM)".

I ordered a book blanket from them and it looks like a special needs person made it. I sent a picture, but they're now telling me that it's not the blanket they sent. I'm out 50.00 and this was suppose to be a gift.

I ordered 3 items from this company. They reported that the items would be shipped and received 5-21 days from the order date of July 5, 2018. I have contacted them multiple times as I have not received my items, and the representative continues to say that the items have been shipped and I will receive them 20 days from the order date. I additionally requested tracking numbers for these items and the company continues to not provide this information.
