Went to a website while looking to buy a female chihuahua. Got a txt responding to my inquiry with pictures of dog requesting to buy. Was told to send ****** to an email address using zelle. Two hours later got a contract to be signed via my email. Unable to sign it so wrote a letter explaining that read contract unable to sign then typed my name as signature. Guy said okay. Got info from Premium Aarologistics telling dog would be at my house at 15:45 today. Then at 230pm. Get another message from this company asking for ******* for a thermo crate to send dog from airport in Indiana. They said ******* would be refunded when dog got delivered. The money was to be sent through Zelle again with an email address. Tried to contact seller who hung up on me then txt me saying couldn’t talk daughter in car accident and in hospital ICU. So called the delivery company back. Asking where dog was. The dog was being held at a branch office in Indiana. They wouldn’t talk to me on phone only by email or txt. They became very nasty when called it a scam. Then threatened both parties with a lawsuit after not getting anywhere. Seller had me blocked from his phone when call told my automation it was no longer a working number. The delivery company said not to contact them unless I was giving them *******. The longer the dog sits here they said would charge for caring for dog. My daughter went to website and ordered same dog. Gave the scammer bogus info then said that was really cool them scamming people with their scam. Man was using same website same phone number when she got ahold of him. Man refused to refund my money saying he was out a dog. Yet he was trying to sell same dog on the same website I tried to get her off of. Also they wanted my address phone number and my age.
