We purchased a puppy through this breeders website. Sent payment requested via Zelle. Then when they were going to supposedly ship the purchased puppy they needed a shipping payment of $1,300. We paid it. Then they asked for a refundable deposit of $1200 towards insurance fees. We never got our puppy.
