Talk about disappointed! I ordered an ornament that was represented as a 3D lighted ornament. The pictures of the item were beautiful. After a month with no shipping date I sent numerous emails requesting a status with no response. I finally requested they cancel my order. The very next day after I canceled I received a shipping notice with tracking number. For a couple of days I tracked the item. On the third day the tracking number and all information regarding my order disappeared. I then submitted a claim through Paypal who I had made my payment through but I don't hold out hope I will get a refund. One week later, I received the item in the mail. It was a cheap one dimensional item made of plastic with a scene stamped on the front. Totally not what I ordered. Shame on me for not reading reviews on this company BEFORE I ordered! Do not order from this company. I had to give them one star but really it should have been 0 stars. $23 down the drain.

DONT TRUST THIS WEBSITE, IT IS THE OLD SWITCH AND BAIT PROCESS.

SHOWED A BEAUTIFUL WOODEN CARVED OWL ORNAMENT, TOOK ALMOST 3 MONTHS TO RECEIVE( AFTER CHRISTMAS OF COURSE)

AND IT IS A 2 INCH PIECE OF PLASTIC, WITH A PICTURE OF AN OWL!

WHAT A RIP OFF

NO ANSWER TO EMAILS, WONT ANSWER THE PHONE EITHER.

DIDNT KNOW I HAD TO CHECK WITH THE ScamPulse.com BEFORE ORDERING A PRODUCT( OFF FACEBOOK)

This company has taking images of my work as an artist - edited out the background and is offering my images for sale made into a Christmas ornament. They have stolen several images of my work from my website, pinterest or etsy.

Here is just one example.
