They use a fake Facebook page to advertise to select groups on Facebook. The ads state that there are exclusive deals and discounts available to these certain groups and there is no such deals offer through Allstate Insurance who they actually work for. They gather personal information and then continually solicit business from you whether you are interested or not. They use an alternate website to create ads and forms to collect the information and do not fully disclose the full use of your personal information.
