I was contacted by a "hiring manager" posing to be an employee of Great River Health. I was contacted by email, which was an @greatriverhealth.careers email address. They conducted an interview with me, asking for basic information and nothing seemed out of the ordinary other than it being done over the phone. They then proceeded to send me an Offer of Employment letter that was sent from the CEO of the actual company. They used company names, employees, and the logo of the business.
