I ordered a Kate spade purse. It is a fake. It has paint speckles all over it. It is not the color as in the picture and it is very poor quality. I emailed [email protected] and asked for a refund. I did not receive a response. This is the email that sent me the tracking number.

I looked it up on ScamPulse.com and found that similar problems were happening from this seller. The website looked legitimate and the tracking number was from USPS.

I ordered & paid $75.96 for a purse from Kate Spade. It's a counterfeit knock off. My credit card will not help me as I received the item. Gilbert Carl from the business says it will cost more to return it than what I paid and offered a 15% refund on my credit card. They are located in Xiguastar, Hong Kong.
