On February 23, 2020 I purchased the BTT To My Man Candle Holder through their website from a Facebook ad. Shortly after a month of having placed the order and not receiving any tracking information, I proceeded to write an email requesting status on my order. I never received any response. I wrote several more emails again with no response. I am usually better at doing my research on companies like this, but for some reason I didn’t with this one. Lesson learned. Thank goodness the lesson only costed me $24.99.

On March 15, 2020 i purchased a candle holder through the scammers website. Shortly after a month of having placed the order and not receiving any tracking information. I proceeded to write an email requesting status on my order. they wrote back to days later the following statement below..

Thank you for contacting Greatendy. We are so sorry for the delay. Please do not worry as you will still receive the item and your order has been processed already. We are doing everything we can to find ways to send packages as quickly as possible. Delays are totally beyond our control given the current situation. Rest assured we are doing our utmost to ensure little delay as possible.

We thank you for your patience and understanding. Stay safe and healthy.

I emailed them multiple times after that and never got a response. I went onto Facebook and saw numerous victims commenting how they never received their order. Purchases ranging from from Nov through March. I only wish i had done the extensive research first like i normally do. I was recovering from surgery and was not 100% myself.

In summary their website is not longer active and the FB website link now shows a the Deadpool movie character. I don't even see the comment i left behind for other victims to read.
