It was a weight loss gummies as seen on Shark Tank. I don't have much more information. they don't answer the phone and I can't track the phone number (877) 742-8640.

While viewing CNN.com I noticed an advertisement for a weight loss product that seemed to have good results. I was thinking if it worked, it would benefit my son who is overweight. I decided to order one bottle at $39. When I did not receive an email confirmation, I decided to check my bank account. There was the charge for $198.78! I contacted my bank who immediately cancelled my card and it sounds like the recovery process is going to take some time.

I contacted greatresultsacv.com at the phone number listed on the email confirmation that did finally arrive. The customer service rep mumbled a name I could not understand. Then he told me that I ordered five (5) bottles! I would never order more than one of anything until it had been tried. The CSR told me that it's in the Terms that are not listed on any of the pages. I told him that they could not apply terms after a sale and that law requires that they prominently display that when you order one bottle, you are actually ordering 3 bottles at $39 each! I copied every screen everything I could get.. The email headers don't show any IP address. I don't know where they are located. But the order confirmation shows 1 bottle but underneath that is some gibberish the company says that shows I ordered 5. I called within 2 hours of making the purchase, but the CSR advised that it was too late to cancel. What??? I argued with him for some time, all he kept saying was "I respect your decision". He was disinterested and felt that he could get away with charging me $198.78 when I only ordered one bottle at $39. I will upload the screen shots, hopefully in order. As you will note from the selection page, the highlighted offer in yellow is the offer I chose. You will also note that the "terms" that let the customer know that they will be charged for those "2 free bottles" is total BS. And nowhere on the confirm page is there any indication of charges. Maybe I'm just old, but I only ordered one bottle, I didn't care about "2 free bottles" because if it didn't work, I was only out $39. The language about how you are actually paying $39 per "free" bottle is nowhere to be found, much less prominent.

They are misleading to believe the product cost $39.99, but I fell for it and purchased it. My credit card was denied twice so I used a second card. I looked at the card charges and it was actually charged $49.99 and an additional $238! Then the card that was declined was charged 2 times for $49.99 and twice more for another $238--on a card that was "declined!!" I had to report it as fraud on my card and cancel the other card completely. This is the most corrupt and dishonest company I have ever dealt with. The company tried to offer some $40 deal to continue the "service" but how can you trust a company like this? I am warning you to AVOID it!!! 1-800-savings-rewards is what they say they are when you call their number. The man had a VERY strong Indian accent. You couldn't ask any questions, they just talk over you. I did ask him point blank if he was located in India and he said yes, but that they do also have a location in Panama City, FL.

Followed a link from a IG advertisement. Placed an order in February, that was my first an final order. Just saw new charge from this company a month and a half later. Tried calling customer service #, got a recording saying number not assigned. Sent an email, no reply.

was charged for a total of 262.88 Called the phone numbers and the call wouldn't go thru after the first call.I was given tracking numbers and they were not correct
