I proceeded to pay the full amount of $269 through Square's credit card payment system on July 9th, but I quickly ran into trouble. After making the payment, I was told by Melissa that the delivery of the discount card was delayed. I called several times to inquire about the status, but each time I was told the same thing: "It’s still delayed."
As time went on, I became more concerned and tried to contact them again, but they were unreachable. Eventually, I was directed to a second person, Suzanne Hansard, who was supposedly in charge of fulfilling the orders. I was given Suzanne's phone number, 515-661-1821, but after calling multiple times, I couldn't get in touch with her either.
It has now been over six months, and despite my repeated efforts to reach both of them, I have received no product or service. I’ve paid for something that was never delivered, and I cannot get any further response.
