The ad was local with 5 star Google reviews. I called an made an appt. When I called, the just said “service” and no company name was given. Guy came out and supposedly cleaned my ducts. He had no business card, no company van, receipt had different name from website. Receipt had no address or phone number.
I tried to use my credit card and was told their machine was down. They wanted cash or Venmo. Paid by Venmo. After they left I realized they had done nothing. I was charged309.00. I called and complained and was told tech. guy would be out on Friday. No shows. I was then told they would come out on Monday. No shows.
Each time I called, I was told they couldn’t put me on hold and would call me back. Nope. They are a scam. They don’t perform the service for which I paid. They operate under several different names and numbers. I’m now blocked from calling.
