Hey there, since USA Government has it's own free website for applying for the diversity visa, i see no reason why this website is charging 99$-169$ for an application which he doesn't have the right to do!

since i've applied for the diversity visa, i can assure you it is 100% free. I'm don't know his state or country or postal code, i entered random info just to proceed.
