This company is a scam. I contacted them to clean 2 rugs in my home. When they came to pick up the rugs they said they only accept cash or check. I paid with check in Full and they took my rugs. They gave me no receipt or copy of my order. Weeks went by and my rugs weeks never returned. After days and days of calling nonstop and the operator giving me the run around the rugs magically arrived on my porch, but they were not cleaned.

They cashed my $500 check and did not refund my money. I’ve called over and over and the only person who answers the phone is an outside agency not directly connected with rug cleaning company. They provide the same answer that they will notify the company to contact me. After multiple attempts the opperator is now screening my calls and does not answer. When I call from different numbers they hang up on me.

Sadly I do not think I will ever get my money back.
