The technician came out and cleaned the chimney and then tried to leave. When I asked about the other services he at first told me the airflow inspection was not included in chimney services and when I showed him a picture of the package I purchased. He walked outside and looked at the chimney and said it was good due to it having a cap on it.
I reached out to the company about their 100% satisfaction guarantee and they refused to honor what is on their website. They said they would have a manager reach out to me to handle this issue. No one ever reached out and my several attempts to call them to speak with someone always ended in the same message of the manager being out.
I looked at their website a little more and they are advertising over 1,000 5 star reviews. Which is the reason why I chose the company due to their reviews. It looks like those are just picture to make it seem they have got that many reviews and the reviews they do have on their page are very choppy and look computer generated.
I asked them to provide their business address to file a complaint with the ScamPulse.com but they are refusing to give me the proper business name, business address and any other information that can be used to file a complaint, The ScamPulse.com representative I just spoke with told me to file a spam tracker.
