I searched for a "chimney sweep near me" online. Green Carpet Cleaning comes up first as a sponsored ad. Full website advertises Chimney Sweeping. The ad is for $99.00 to inspect and clean the chimney. The "tech" arrived and put a ladder on the chimney. He came in and looked inside the wood stove insert. He advised it would cost $599 to do a full cleaning. I told him that was not what the ad stated and I even had the girl who made the appointment repeat that it would only cost $99.00. I told him I could not afford 599.00, and other companies I've used were never that much. I did not want any problem, so I gave him a check for 99.00. I called the appointment setter bak after he left, and she said she would talk to supervisor and call me back. Still haven't received a call. I tried to request a refund today via the chat online, and was told my info would be given to a supervisor. I doubt that. And the check was cashed. He had me write it out to BD cleaning. Total scam.

This company takes phone calls from normal consumers across the US and outsources the jobs to other businesses. They Quoted us on their website for cleaning 2 bedrooms for $150. When their outsourced technician arrived, the technician said it was going to be $300. We called the phone number back to speak to supervisor and the lady said you can figure it out and hung up. I have never seen such a shady business deal for such a simple task. Please shut down this company and take the owner out of business for good.

This company claims to clean carpet then shows up very hostel to clients about what they are not going to do when agreed upon by phone. Does not do work promised leaves carpet they way it was orignal all they do is put water on the floor because the client only wants what was told to do so then they pretend to clean but they are just putting water on the floor. I am not the only person who has had this experience please review yelp I wish I would have known this before I ordered them. Then said if we pay cash he would do more, I feel he was going to pocket the money. He talked to us crazy this is suppose to be a business everyone on the phone line is nice then you get a big oversized man throughing his hands up because you do not want the deal he is offering I felt attacked while he was talking to me I had to tell him to wait outside until my manager came to see if she still wanted to do business.

In Googling local GREEN Carpet Cleaning solution for Area Rugs that could eliminate Pet Odor, I came across GREEN CARPET CLEANERS, located in Playa Del Rey, very close to were I live. I called and spoke with "Julie" who was very nice and who told me it would be $** for the service of my rug and she could have technicians (Comical) to my apartment within a few hours. I agreed and off we went.

Technicians arrived at my home 10 min before I arrived home and my wife let them in, they started on the carpet in which they then informed her would now be $***, I was not having it. I called "Julie" back and we worked out $***. The cleaners dam near broke a few thing in my house and they smelled like [censored], super unprofessional, i'm pretty sure they were Illegal from Russia or Ukraine, spoke next to no English and were borderline incredulous about their "work". They left and everything seemed fine, considering my house was in one piece and I had not been robbed.

Once the carpet dried, the smell coming from it was unlivable, the stains had not been complete removed and I was forced to show out a $*** area rug as we found it would be unsalvageable. I made numerous attempts to call "Julie" but it seems that "Green Carpet Cleaners" may now go by many different names, all with matching websites in which they all claim:

"100% Family owned"

"Deodorizing"

"Green"

"Same Day Service"

Needless to say "Julie" can not be found and I called EVERY company with the name "Green" and "Carpet Cleaners" in the name on google and they ALL have the same customer service person who now claims "you were never a customer, we have never been there, no not us, must have been another green, there are like 5". YUP, there are like 5, they are all you along with what seems to be MANY more based on the matching websites and the wording.

BEAWARE. Just Call Stanley Steamer or something more reputable. I called my bank and claimed fraud and I play on paying a visit to the address of this "Business" as well.

paid for a full house cleaning which is 5 rooms, only got 4 rooms and neither of them was cleaned. Call the 866 talked to same girl that scheduled the appointment. She was rude and hung up on me and blocked my number..
