Business goes by several names online, all involving various combinations of "Green Carpet Cleaning." They sent a "technician" to your house in a civilian SUV, picked my rug and asked for an up front payment, a check for $99. I was busy dealing with a work call during the pickup and didn't recognize that the Invoice they provided had absolutely no legit information on it whatsoever. It's a lame scam, they took 99 bucks and a dirty rug, but now I've got to buy a new one. I've called their hotline, which seems to change daily on their website as they spoof new numbers on google voice. It seems to be a network of people answering calls from various homes. One of their "dispatch" guys was chasing his dog down a street for ten minutes then claimed he had no idea what happened to my rug. As best I can figure, they basically get a quick hundred bucks off you and then throw your rug out.
