came to my door saying they were from Duquesne light and that they needed to see my because the neighbors were complaining about the electric bill. Took my phone and signed up for everything himself including using my name and making sure i didnt read the terms of service.

Told me they were with Consumers energy, told me I would be saving money with signing over my natural gas through them, in turn they are not partnered with Consumers and we’re gonna charge me a minimum of $5 a month with variable rates and natural gas usage
