My girlfriend was at a flyers game and green mountain sales rep. Was talking to her about finding lower rates for energy. Which is fine but then the sales rep switched my electric from PPnL to green mountain. With out anything but a “HI how are you” So I got a letter in the mail ppnl saying my electric was switched. So after deal with green mountain for over a hour on the phone we were able to cancel. And go figure the electric rate was much higher then ppnl.
