John Thomas, previously known as 'Green Face Dracula' is now operating on ebay under the seller name of "themonstermerchant". I have been trying to get the items I paid for since April 2022. He always says that his car has broken down, family members are suffering from cancer etc - all made up as he has been saying this to customers for years. DO NOT give this man any money as you will not receive your items and will waste many months trying in vain to get them.

This is my last contact with this [censored], I completely gave up and just burned the first mask he sent me because he is such clown and he never sent me the other one. And of course he has not proven me wrong like his response says and never received anything after the email I have posted below, it was just another lie...

I am going back out to ohio friday and will ship your mask from ohio

I too have had my money stolen from this horrible person. I have requested the money back through eBay and he is ignoring me. He conned me by assuring me that he has 100% positive feedback on eBay and that I could trust him. I believe a lot of his eBay reviews are fake, they just don’t look legit.
He has made so many excuses over a 4 month period, when he originally said 3 weeks.
I’m tired of being lied to.
Apparently he loves his work making horror masks, maybe once upon a time he did, but all he is now is a lazy, deceitful thief.
I hope you get what you deserve John Thomas.

I purchased a Rock Biter from the Neverending Story from him back in February of 2022. After numerous emails he said it was boxed up and ready to be shipped. It is now September of 2022 and still nothing. He now does not reply to my emails or messages on Instagram and Facebook. Do not buy from this guy

This guy is just what everyone else says he is - a scam artist. Takes your money, then leaves you entirely high and dry. I just filed an official complaint to Shopify and suggest you ALL do the same https://www.shopify.com/legal/report-aup-violation

I have finally received the mask from Green Faced Dracula. I have purchased two masks from this seller, however, he is not consistent with his delivery times. He says he will deliver at a certain date, then the item does not arrive. After finally contacting him, he comes up with numerous excuses, this went on for over a year. His masks are actually outstanding quality, which makes posting this review difficult. I wish he would be more honest and forthcoming about his delivery times.

If you have purchased from or seen the seller ANDRACULOID, otherwise known as GREEN FACED DRACULA...PLEASE AVOID THIS SELLER AT ALL COSTS. He is a consummate scam artist. I purchased a Morlock mask from him over a YEAR ago, (at which time he told me that I would "get the mask delivered to me by the end of the week")...here we are a year+ later, and I've got nothing but excuses and no mask that I paid nearly $400 for. PLEASE do not buy from this seller anymore, no matter what he says to you, DO NOT BELIEVE HIM. Every time I ask him for the mask, he comes up with an excuse. He has even gone as far as purchasing the shipping label, promising the mask will be delivered "in a few days" but nothing happens. I believe what he is doing is criminal. His store should be shut down and he should not be allowed to sell his art. I know that might sound harsh, but after what he's put me and several other people through, (possibly some of you in this group) he should not be allowed to sell his stuff online if he cannot properly honor his agreement. I have been exceedingly patient with this derelict seller, but my paitence has run out. I repeart, please do not buy from GREEN FACED DRACULA, ANDRACULOID or any of his other webnames or sites. (He also has a site on eBay). There is something wrong with this guy, he should not be allowed to sell, I do not know why he thinks he can get aways with this.

Ordered from John Thomas (the sole proprietor) on February 4th. Kept getting excuses on why my product wasn't shipped (sick relative, went out of town, etc). Finally, I demanded a refund. Instead, I got a notice that my order had shipped. Okay, fine. I still kind of wanted it. No tracking though. And it never arrived. I sent an email saying as much, no reply. AVOID.

This dude is a fraud and a swindler. He'll give you heaping excuses as to why you haven't received his products while stringing you along with bogus shipping labels for fictitious packages. Meanwhile, neither his Shopify store nor Shop itself will refund you for the item you paid for and he never had any intention whatsoever to ship. Don't be played for a fool!

This buyer's package was in transit when he posted this. It was delivered by ups 3 days later on March 8th 2022.
The tracking number was 1Z51TMK00310116846 you can check it on the ups website to confirm it. I'll attach a screenshot here. He confirmed that he received it and was happy with the item. He attempted to delete his review here but this site does not allow for that for some reason.

Green face Dracula ripped me off as well.
I ordered from him in March 2021
It is now January 2022 and I still did not get my item almost $400 dollars
And gave nothing but excuses when contacted. It is now at the point where he doesn’t respond to my emails
Do not order anything from him!

This was due to miscommunication on my part and I have been working with the customer who still wanted his item which is in transit now.
The tracking is 9505 5066 9361 2071 2662 98 via usps priority mail and will be delivered Tuesday March 15th.

I have checked my entire order history and I have no record of an order from a
"Robb Cormier" so either this post is fraudulent or the order was placed under a different name and if that was the case - I need you to email me with your order information and refer to this post as well so I can rectify the situation. The only thing I have to go on here is a zipcode.
