A friend contacted me saying he had won $80,000 from the green Grant foundation. He referred me to a Facebook user name agent Linda Flora. She was vaguely identified as a government organization on Facebook. I contacted her and she wanted some information about me including my phone number. Aside from that there was not much asked for. Then, She told me that I was eligible for the grant. She sent me some videos of paper being put into a FedEx box. Then, she presented me with a table showing me how much they would send me depending on how much I gave them. The minimum amount was $2500 that I should give them in order to receive $80,000. Agent, Linda Flores’ grammar was poor. I informed her that I does not have any such amount of money and she continues to pester me via text message to cough up the money. I contacted my friend who initially recommended the scam and he said he paid them $2000 in order to get a check for $80,000. The whole thing sounds shady to me, and I will not give them money, partially, because I have no money to give.
