On 2/2/2024 I ordered 2 Charming Wind Chimes Hummingbird feeders for a total of $86.97 including shipping. The pictures on FB indicated the orbs were glass and a few of the comments referred to glass orbs. When I received the shipment on 2/16/2024 the 'orb's were cheap plastic and the colors were disgusting. I emailed [email protected] on 2/17/2024 noting that I was disappointed with the product and wanted either windchimes with 'glass' orbs or a refund. I also sent pictures of the box and the product. They emailed me back on 2/17/2024 requesting pictures of the product I received and a picture of the shipping label on the package. This email came from [email protected]. I responded 2/20/2024 7:32 am with their requested information. I received an email response on 2/19/2024 10:23 pm (must be due to time difference) saying i could receive a 15% refund without returning the product. I replied on 2/20/24 9:49pm noting the offer was not acceptable and wanted a full refund. They responded 2/20/24 7:53pm with a 20% refund. I responded 2/21/24 9:48pm noting again this was unacceptable and wanted a full refund. They responded 2/21/24 9:41pm offering 30% refund. I responded 2/22/24 11:03pm requesting a full refund ASAP and noting that this was my 4th request and would need to escalate this if they did not provide the process to request a full 100% refund of my purchase. They responded 2/23/24 12:52AM with a 35% refund and the address and comments below if I insisted on returning the product.

When I Googled the address, this link to ScamPulse.com came up so I'm providing my information. They are still advertising this product on FB but I cannot paste picture to this site.
