Presents as Dr. Oz recommended and will provide a 14-day free trial for $4.95. You think the 14-day free trial refers to how much product you get, but it is actually for how much time you have to call them back and tell them to cancel the subscription for which you just unwittingly signed up. THAT information is in a buried page under Terms and Agreements which they know no one will ever read. i received the two bottles, didn't think much of them and didn't order or think anything else of it until I noticed the the third charge for over $89 on my account. When Capital One helped me call to dispute, they "explained" that it was my fault for not reading the terms and conditions, and offered to refund either $150 OR I could return the product for a $20 stocking fee IF the bottles hadn't been opened. If I had returned them within the first 14 days, I would have just been stuck with the restocking fee. Not a bad scam. Thank goodness Capital One had my back and refunded all of my money.

I ordered the Garcina Camboina for a 14 day free trial on 4-9-17. I called them as soon as I got the email confirmation for the order. The man I spoke to said I had 14 days from the date I received it to call and cancel. He did not tell me that I was going to be charged 14 days from the order date or that they would not ship it until 3 days later. They charged my card on Sunday 4-23-17 $89.95 and were closed so I could not contact them until Monday 4-24-17. The woman I spoke to today said that the 30 day refund was only if the product was returned unopened and that she could only give me $20.00 for a refund on my card because I tried the product for 7 days and it did not work. She also said that I cannot return the unused portion to get my money back either. I called my bank and they are going to dispute this company and try to get my money back. They kept $69.95 of my money on a product that did not work for me.

Ordered a free trial of Garcinia Cambogia and paid the free shipping and handling. I received the product again the following two month that I thought was part of the free trial because nowhere on the invoice do the indicate they are debiting your credit card of a price for the item. It turn out they have been charging me $98.00 every month that they sent the product. This is a scam.

The ad online says that you can try a product called Garcinia Cambogia free, you just have to pay shipping. But you are actually automatically subscribed for $90/month. I spoke with their customer service and they refused to give me a refund or offer me any help.
