Here are the details that I was sent. They ask that you create an account on there platform and to check it daily for new packages.
When you receive a package, your first step is to take and upload photos, assess the quality of packaging, and prepare it for shipping. Please refer to the employee's guide for more detailed instructions. If you still have any questions, use "Messages" option or call 850-801-2958. Click on "Upload photo" for further instructions on uploading photos.
Here are some brief but important instructions for a standard order processing:
1) There are two types of boxes: a shipping box (usually brown or white) and a product box (branded packaging from the manufacturer). Some products are shipped using only the product box without an additional shipping box. You will typically have to open a shipping box to remove invoices and take a photo of the product box, but you are never allowed to open the product box.
2) When you receive a package, it is essential to remove all traces of the previous stages of the supply chain. Carefully remove all stickers, labels, barcodes, branded wrapping, old shipping labels, and all remainders of duct tape from the shipping box (usually brown or white). Make sure there are no stickers left. Take photos of the shipping box that you have prepared and upload them.
3) Remove and discard any invoices found inside shipping boxes. Again, the supplier information is the intellectual property of the retailer and should not be disclosed to the end consumer.
4) Do not breach or open any branded product boxes. This is strictly prohibited as it can lead to the consumer receiving a product that appears used, which can result in complaints and returns. Additionally, it can lead to the loss of some small parts of the product.
5) If any damage is visible on the product or the shipping box, please upload a separate photo of it. Mention the damage in the notes for the product, submit a message about the issue, and wait for confirmation or additional instructions.
6) When affixing new shipping labels, it is better to stick the new labels in the same place where the old labels were removed. This will help conceal any damage caused by tearing off the old label and ensure that the old label is no longer present.
7) Shipping labels are usually available for download within a couple of hours after package delivery. However, shipping labels will only be uploaded after you have uploaded photos.
8) After you have sent the package, you should confirm it by clicking "Confirm Shipment" and entering its new tracking number.
9) When shipping with UPS, you may also receive a separate "FBA label" (which is typically the right part of the shipping label). Make sure to affix it to the box as well.
10) If you have a received a package which is not on the list, please add it yourself by clicking Packages > Add package.

We provide e-commerce business solutions to our clients to give them access to Northern American consumer market and the wide variety of American retailers and suppliers. It can be a complicated process to start logistics operations, but our service makes the procurement and distribution of goods as simple and easy as possible. Here are the types of clients we service:
? International businesses that buy from Northern American suppliers for worldwide distribution but require consolidation to reduce costs and meet foreign import standards.
? Companies that sell products on Amazon in the U.S. and Canada and need to meet Amazon’s standards for their product packaging and then require inspection and processing of their returns.
? Firms that wish to be closer to their customers and partners by having a location in the U.S. or Canada.
? Both individuals and companies looking to make purchases from sellers who don’t ship products overseas. We make arrangements to purchase products, receive those products, and ship them as efficiently as possible so our clients can save money. We also help consolidate all shipments in the most cost-effective way.
Currently, our company is working to expand our network of shipping agents throughout Canada. With our decentralized approach to logistics, we operate in a more cost-efficient way without the need for large warehouses. Most of the time, our agents are able to serve our clients from their home office.
How Does The Process Work?
1. Our verified clients are provided with a Canadian address to accept domestic shipments sent by American suppliers and retailers. This address corresponds to one of our shipping agents in Canada.
2. Our shipping agents monitor their online account for new shipments. Agents will accept all orders which are usually sent to them by UPS, USPS, Canada Post, or FedEx.
3. An agent will upload a photo of the product in its packaging for every package received. The agent will handle any special instructions, such as inspection for damaged packaging, repackaging, or mail consolidation. The agent will maintain a professional approach with every package in his or her possession and will keep all products in brand new condition.
4. On the same business day that the package is received, the agent will download, print, and apply prepaid shipping labels and mail packages via UPS or FedEx to their final destination.
Responsibilities
? You should be available Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. to receive deliveries. A few times every month, agents may be required to pick up deliveries from a post office or store within a 10-km radius.
? Use the employee dashboard to check in with your supervisor every day.
? Receive up to five deliveries per day.
? Maintain standards for safety, privacy, and quality.
? Be detail-oriented in preparing the goods for shipment, assessing the condition of the package and uploading photos.
? Consolidate packages in a professional manner to ensure packages remain in brand-new condition.
? Ship packages on the same business day they are received provided you have all the necessary information.
Prerequisites
? You must have a Canadian address available for this job. It can be your home or business address.
? Education or past experience in logistics isn’t a pre-requisite; we offer on-the-job training.
? You must be capable of lifting and carrying packages as heavy as 25 kg.
? You must have available transportation that can accommodate multiple packages at the same time.
? You must have a reliable Internet connection and access to both a computer and printer.
? You must be able to pass a background check. We are serious about maintaining the privacy of our clients and their property.
Compensation and Probationary Period
This offer is a subject to a one-month probationary period. This will allow us to judge whether you are capable of performing your work duties remotely. The probationary period will include on-the-job training. During this period, you will work as an independent contractor and will be paid $25 USD for every package you process. If you can demonstrate high job performance and proper motivation over the next month, you will receive a permanent employment contract with our subsidiary company in Canada and a salary of a senior shipping agent in the amount of $3,500 CAD per month. Full-time employees will also be reimbursed for work expenses, including Internet service, shipping materials, and gas upon submission of an expense report.

This is the first email they sent me. I responded to this email, gave them my SIN number, photo copy of my driver's license, my signature. I've shipped packages for them for about a week before I told them I didn't want to do it anymore. My "supervisor's" name is Maria Novak, 850-801-2958. My first payday was 10/15/2023 but I didn't receive anything. I messaged them about it and there has been no response.
