Called to schedule maintenance on pellet stove. Set up time. Gave my name number and address. 15 minutes until the end of time period i called they said they'd call with the tech information because they hadn't been assigned yet. At 10 after the end of scheduled period i called and they claimed the tech was in an accident. When i pressed for more information they told me they couldn't help me. I've notice since scheduling with them the number of scan calls has increased to my number. I believe they took my name and phone number and sold it with no intent of providing the service.
