He is saying he has teacup Maltese puppy for sale. Tells his wife has cancer. Pushes to send money right away then demands more money without having real puppies to actually sell

I was looking for a Maltese puppy online. I found www.greenfieldteacupmaltese.com. I contacted them on 1.4.17. There is also www.smartwhitemaltese.com. The name he is using is Leslie Marrioh. He wants me to go to Moneygram or Western Union to send money to put the puppy on an airplane. He's asking for $600.00. He's told me to go to either Walmart or CVS. he said when I get there, he will walk me through it. I've talked to him on the phone, 302-669-9523, he has an accent.
