I went onto this website: https://www.greenhomeservicesca.com/van-nuys-ca/ and then called (424) 389-1313 and told them I would love to take advantage of their 3 room - $69 special. I was told on the phone they would arrive Friday 9/29 by 12. They arrived at 2:15 that day in a very eery black van with "cleaning services" on the side and quoted my boyfriend and I $150... I showed them the website and made it abundantly clear, they would not be charging us $150. They agreed to the $69 and then asked for $80 if they shampooed the carpet. They did not shampoo the carpet. They also had a very young. underaged looking boy do all the work. Multiple times, the two older gentlemen would disappear into our bathroom for very long periods of time. One of the older men kept saying he was adding cleaning powder that would make the room smell nice, he did not. We saw no shampoo used. They were here a total of about 15 minutes maybe. No idea how you can clean 3 rooms with no shampoo and in that amount of time. After they left, my boyfriend thought he yelled them and apparently did not, so the man called my phone and I told him I would pay, no problem. I paid via Zelle, exactly $70 and within 3 minutes of me paying, the same man called my phone again. I let my boyfriend answer and the man asked if we liked the service, which we found very odd. My boyfriend said it was fine and what did he need? The man said "Just calling to make sure you liked the service". Obviously he called due to no tip, but nothing that was advertised was actually done. I believe they used water, our water at that and our carpet looks exactly the same. They didn't move couches or anything else for that matter.
