The company advertised on Facebook Marketplace, where we found them. They offered shipping containers for less than other competitors we were finding. They were typically $1000 less than their competition, which should have been a clue. Contact was made by us to them. A purchase was made online. They "guaranteed" delivery in 2-3 days after processing the payment. After payment was made we emailed a few times to get our tracking number so that we could gauge when the shipping container would be delivered. We never got a tracking number. Now today, 4 days after payment was made, their phones go directly to voicemail, but it is more of a personal use voicemail than a company voicemail. Their voicemail does not name the company and is very generic. Voicemails were left. Emails were also sent throughout. Last week we would get responses stating that it was "in process". This week we get no response. I googled the company address which turns out to be at the Port of Houston Administration Office. I contacted the Port of Houston Administration Office to ask if they were familiar with the company. Customer Service checked for companies using the port and found no record of such a company.
