This "company" has multiple advertisements for garden decor products, a hot air balloon in particular, on facebook. There were reviews on the advertisements from supposed customers happy with their products. There was an address listed on the site and all appeared to make it look like a valid company. Now all of the positive reviews have disappeared (so false review posts that have been removed) and myself, along with multiple others, have now all been reporting this company as a scam. The item received is nowhere near the item advertised - the size is not even close to the product advertised, the product received is plastic instead of the glass and metal advertised, and the materials are incredibly cheap and break at a single touch. The solar light also does not work as advertised. The entire product is worth no more than $5 and they were sold for $40, plus taxes and shipping. Doing research after the fact, the location address listed on their facebook page is for an entirely different company, and then doing research from the shipping address shows that it does not actually exist so there is no way to even refuse the delivery or return the product. I have tried multiple times to contact the company to receive a refund, but they do not respond, which leads me to believe that this has been a mass scam. I have attached a picture of the shipping address with the name of JANE as the sender instead of an actual address, combined with the information from my bank for the purchase. I'm worried about others falling victim to this scam, especially for those looking to purchase gifts for the upcoming holidays like I did. It was not a lot of money for a $47 loss for what appears to be a $5 product, but muliply that times the hundreds of people that purchased (some people I saw bought 7 items for gifts and now are stuck with a major monetary loss and no way to return or refund the product). This company needs to be investigated immediately so more people are not scammed as well.
