Type of a scam Counterfeit Product
The site posted all brand name photos of sneakers of women, men, kids.
I ordered a pair of Skechers Shape Up 2.0 Comfort Black Sneakers & Athletic shoes for CAD $77.37 & paid for a total of CAD $85.49 taxes included. Yet, my credit card statement showed CAD $92.67. All transactions from processing the payment to the shipment & the seller are from China, nothing from Canada.
I emailed to "contact us tab" checking the unauthorized surcharge, nobody replied.
I then sent a second email to "greenslate.ca Welcome" email when set up the account to place the order, nobody replied.
I then sent a third email to Li Susan, service.14susan @hotmail.com and asked for a refund of the unauthorized surcharge and checked about the whereabouts of my order. I threatened to file a report if I did not hear from them. Only then this Li Susan replied and gave excuse for the delay of response. Also, she (I assume from the name Susan) mentioned the surcharge was the bank handling fee. I said that it was an unauthorized charge and asked for a refund while waiting for the shoes to arrive. Nothing had been refunded.
Then I received the shoes. To my surprise, they are not the ones I ordered, a Nike knock off pair instead of the Skechers ones I ordered on the website. They are not genuine but of cheap quality , design, and different wearing purpose. I emailed to Li Susan and told her I got wrong pair. She then said sorry of the worker's mistake and said that it would cost a lot to ship back and I had to pay for shipping cost. I said why I had to pay instead of them as they sent wrong item, not me. Had they sent right ones, no shipping back. She said if I wear these shoes, they would refund me 10% of the total payment. I asked them total of what amount, $92.67 or $85.49. No clear response.
I asked them for the refund of unauthorized surcharge and 50% $85.49, a reasonable amount to settle the dispute (I have to wear the knock off shoes, not the genuine ones when I placed the order). She emailed back and said if I don't like to wear, then I can resell them. I replied saying that your company is a fake Canadian company, sends counterfeit shoes, forces buyers to wear knock off shoes, or forces buyers to be your sellers. I told her that I am only a buyer, not a seller to sell this junk pair for the price I paid for.
Back and forth with emails, she said she just works for her boss and said 15% of the total (still not clear about which total). Until now, I still haven't received any refund, even the unauthorized surcharge.

we only charge you the website price,
the extra cost is charged by the banks(normally from the acquiring bank which is not the same as your issuing bank)for the handling fee.

Hoping you can understand, the fees was not charged by us, so we can’t do any refund about this for you. If we know there is such fees again, I promise I will say all you know and say it without reserve before any payment. screenshot is the totally we got from you and we get below result from our bank.

so sorry for our warehouse worker's mistake,
after our manager negotiation we hope you can accept our partial refund 10% of your total payment,
and than stop this transaction, as if you sent it back you will cost a lot of shipping fee
and custom tax and it also maybe lost during return, it is not deserved.

As you know,if you return the goods back to us,you will lost the shipping fee as well as the
goods.But,if you keep the goods,you also can get the refund from us.The latter is obvious
beneficial to you.If you do not like the goods which you received,you can resell to others.
I am just customer service working here,I can't decide refund you how much.What I can do is try my best to help you,help my customer to strive for more refund.And try to lessen their lost.I really try to find many ways to help you figure this issue,I talked to our manager many times.He told me 15% is the highest refund that we can offer.
Hope you can think my suggestion again.

Except the expensive shipping fee,there will be other factors that both of us should take into account.Such as the inconvenience of return,the customs tax..Besides,it will take long time for delivering.
So,I still suggest you don't send the goods back to us.
I hope we shall come to a compromise,how much refund will u agree?

As you are our customer,i am standing your side to consider. Return is not benefit for you,
we are not responsible for packages lost in transit. you will lost more,
hope you can think twice.We have met this situation before.How about keeping the goods in your hand,we will help you to apply for the part of refund 15% as compensation.
