Hello, Im currently living in Nova Scotia, Canada and am writing you about a business in the United States, that I recently made a purchased from. The company is called Greenway Nutrients and is located in Burbank CA. I made a $92(CAN) purchase from their website and found out later that the company is no longer in business. The problem is, is that their website is still fully functional and is accepting people’s money for products they’ll never receive. I tried contacting the company on multiple platforms and also by phone and email. I finally found someone who knew about the company and they explained it was no longer in business and hasn’t been for some time. I can only imagine the amount of money they’ve been making off of innocent people. So now I am out almost $100 and I’m sure there are plenty of other people who have lost money from making an online purchase. It’s fraudulent for them to keep their website open and accept money from people knowing that they have no intention of sending the product. I would consider this an honest mistake but I feel that’s not the case because they’re aware that money is going into their account. I don’t want anyone else to lose out on money so I figured I’d contact the ScamPulse.com to see what can be done. I can only assume they’re not claiming the money they’re receiving and are probably making good money by dishonest means. I’m wondering what can be done on my behalf to have this issue resolved and if the company is responsible for reimbursement. Or would my bank be the best route? Thank you for your time.
