This place contacted me out the blue saying it was a payday loan which I didn't use and they told me I needed to pay 390.00 or they were going to take me to court n sue me for 7800.00. I told them they have my ssn but I didn't have an account with the bank they say I did but this was after they told me they sent me a check. When I said I don't have that email or the first address they stated they called back with a different address that I stayed at but still the wrong info. I asked them to send the papers that they have on me and I was told they couldn't send me the paper work. I asked for the company's number for the payday loan so I can have them send the paper work and again I was told no. She told me I either have to pay even if I didn't get the loan because it was in my name or face going to court. I said I would go to court to prove I didn't have that bank account, email or receive any loan from them. I again asked for them to send me paper work showing that I had got a loan from them and I was told they didn't have to send me anything. I never used this place for a payday loan, I never had that bank that they said I had and since they didn't want to send me any paper work showing my info I figured I would warn people about this scam. The first address they said they sent paperwork to wasn't an address I ever stayed at and when I told them I never stayed there they switched up and gave me a different address. Beware people Greenwood holding has about four other names they go by and none of them are licensed
