This "company" offered to sell bio-diesel, requires a Letter of Credit payable 100% at sight, it would be for a one year contract but they wanted to cash the full amount at once. Total amount of the contract: $13,504,474.00 USD
They claim to be part of Chevron Oil Company but does not list a website or a phone number. The address on the quote shows 1201 N Orange st. STE 7027, Wilmington, DE 19801 USA.
This address belongs to a DE Chamber of Commerce (different Suite number). For my past experiences, scammers often like to meet victims at Chamber of Commerce office, that would make them look legit, the truth is, anyone can borrow an office at most chamber of commerce's and C.C personnel will not know about it.
This offer might be legit but, for some reason seller refuse to provide contact information (website, phone number etc.). Seller also refuse to meet at their office or installations.
