According to my comprehensive list (so far), The Crypto Con Lawyer, Cal Evans and Gresham International stand accused of deceiving investors and misappropriating at least $180 million through various Initial Coin Offerings (ICOs), including Giza, Ardana, Aubit/Freeway, Burency, and Viking Fehu. The list, which currently contains 136 alleged instances of fraud and deception, also claims that Evans has made false statements about his educational background and qualifications. These include misrepresenting his LSAT score, falsely claiming to have graduated with honors from his LLB program, holding a Master of Laws degree, being an Esquire, and having worked for Facebook's Libra project. The severity and scale of these allegations necessitate a thorough investigation to protect investors and maintain the integrity of the cryptocurrency industry.
