I have been in constant contact via email with this company asking for all the information. I provided the information they asked including a copy of their invoice. It includes all the information any company woukd ask for in a refund. Each day I get the same response with absolutley no refund and it appears any intention of of paying according to what they claim in their policies.

Please research this company and advise me as to the next steps I can take. The credit card has been cancelled already but I am still out 199.99 in US Funds.
