I purchased two African grey parrots which cost $675 each. The person I’m in contact with said if I buy two parrots , he will give me discount and free cage. He charged me $1,100.00 which I paid through Apple Pay. The he said the birds will be shipped the next day. He gave me tracking number with the name of courier sky line global courier . The courier contacted me and said that he got stopped by police and asking for permit. I told him why would I pay for the permit since I have not received the birds. He said the permit will cost me $300.00 for each bird. Of course I didn’t pay for it. He contacted me and said that it will arrive at 11:30 pm . I have waited and didn’t arrive. He called the following morning and said he was in front of my house in a white van. No one was there. I have contacted the seller whose name is Tuner Boyd and said he is working on it. I believed I got scammed by this person
